While in I Snuck Off the Slave Ship Lonnie Holley\, a “self-taught African American artist” and dimensional traveler\, attempts to sneak off the slave ship America. This screening is in collaboration with Duke Performances as part of Music Maker 25\, a weeklong music series and exhibition in downtown Durham celebrating the 25th anniversary of the Music Maker Relief Foundation. \nA light lunch will be served after the screening.
